Cheapest accommodations in Clay county. $154/week or $580/mo. Geared toward long-term tenancy and rooms are often sold out. Micro/fridge in rooms. Wifi available. Rooms and furnishings are old but well-maintained. Clean, no bugs. Ample hot water. Non-smokers only inside or out and this is strictly enforced. At best, if you need a smoke, do so in your car or down the road. The manager is friendly, welcoming, and strives to meet the needs of the tenants. Very quiet and peaceful here overnight. It is not really an issue for me, but climate control is solely on the discretion of the manager. Tenant only has control by opening or closing a window. Also, the tiny shower is not made for large people. It is barely two feet wide, smallest shower stall I have ever seen. Overall, for the price, this place is preferred over other places for long term stays. As a vacationer or traveler looking for a stopover, if amenities are not a concern this place will work, and for those on a budget this is the place to go.

Very friendly people making sure I had a room even tho I was unsure of how long I was working in town. Rooms are older but well kept up. My bath room was smaller but had a tub and plenty of room for me. Would stay here again to take advantage of the great value of $40 a night or $180 a week

Ive stayed here hundreds of times with my dad. Always room #4 or #7. Its a normal thing. Rooms are clean, friendly people, its not a Hilton, marriot, or other big name brand hotel charging you hundreds per night, Its a little cozy room with what you need at good prices. I cant wait to stop in again for a visit.

Scouted this motel outa couple weeks before actually arriving. The owner Tammy is amazing. She’s not a woman of a lot of words but she’ll definitely get it done. She’s kind and understanding. Beds are built for 1 person only. If you looking for double beds this motel is not for you! Non smoking motel and clean. Affordable weekly rate and your room gets cleaned every other day.

Very reasonable rate for staying a week. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. I had problems finding the electrical outlets.

The owner that spoke to on the phone when I called about getting a room for the weekend was more than extremely accommodating she was able to have one of her employees open a room for me leaving the key inside even though she herself cannot make it until the next day she went out of her way to make sure I had a room I am from out of state and had put on 600 miles much appreciation to the owners and management of this establishment

Traveling electrician, this place is great, super easy on the budget and very clean. It's not a five star hotel, but it's got everything you need and a big refrigerator, comfortable bed, perfect for extended stays. It's cheaper than having my RV at the park and way more convenient. Nice folks, even left the room unlocked for me as I arrived late and was very tired. You'll never find something like this in a big city.

We stayed for two nights at this gem of a motel while visiting with family nearby. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room small, but clean and comfortable. Just exactly the quiet place we needed. We'll stay again when we come back to the area. I give it 5 stars.
